Real Estate is Hyper Local

NATIONAL news is not your LOCAL MARKET — keep that in mind!

No, we are not in a housing bubble ... and no, we are not in a "housing recession!"  Real estate is always hyper-local so don't allow the media to prevent you from taking advantage of opportunities.  The craze of post-lockdown home-buying has begun to cool, and sellers are getting a reality check from buyer feedback on unrealistic pricing expectations with the increase in rates.

When deciding to get into the housing market, either as a buyer or a seller, it's important for you to understand the real dynamics backed by data — your agent should be your "knowledge broker" and provide you with the information you need to make an informed purchase or price your home accurately.

If you have questions about our current market, reach out, I would be happy to help!
